Mission
Randolph-Macon College’s Office of Student Leadership seeks to create leadership development opportunities that help students realize their potential as leaders, professionals, and lifelong learners.
Vision
Leadership development is a continual process. Accordingly, a diverse range of programs catering to a variety of student needs is offered each semester. These opportunities help students gain an understanding of self, a working knowledge of leadership, and a connection with the community, resulting in stronger student organizations and confident student leaders.

The Office of Student Leadership is guided in part by a group of students, faculty,staff and alumni who donate their time and energy to assisting with the development and implementation of student leadership programs on campus.
