GOALS:

The goal of the Human Resources Department is to partner with management to recruit and retain a highly qualified diverse staff; facilitate positive employee relations, and enhance employee performance.  We create and implement programs to increase organizational effectiveness, productivity and a positive work environment.  Offering competitive benefit and compensation programs, we strive to deliver quality customer service to our faculty, staff and students while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, respecting individuals, promoting teamwork and focusing on innovation and the future.
